Not sure what to make with our locally grown mushrooms? Here are some of our favorite ways to use oyster mushrooms, lions mane, and enoki. For most recipes, any of our mushrooms can be used interchangeably!
Mushroom fritters (batter recipe) - any mushrooms, but ones with less moisture don’t splatter in the oil as much
“Crab” cakes - lions mane
Tom Yum soup - oyster mushrooms
Soy ginger rice bowl - replace the tofu with mushroom of choice
Fried rice - any mushroom!
Tacos - oyster mushrooms
